| On August 31st, I’ll be celebrating 30 years as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist—and even as I write those words, they feel a bit surreal. Has it really been three whole decades of walking alongside so many beautiful souls on their healing journeys? Time has a funny way of moving swiftly when you’re doing the work you were meant to do. I still remember being in my early 20s, filled with self-doubt but deeply certain of one thing: I wanted to help people. I wanted to guide others through the same challenges I struggled with—self-love, confidence, worthiness, and the emotional pain that often hides beneath the surface of our lives. I didn’t yet know just how universal these wounds were… or how powerful the healing path could be. |
| As I’ve grown older (and, I hope, a little wiser), one of the greatest gifts has been witnessing the unfolding of this work—not just in my clients, but in myself. I’ve learned that aging is not something to mourn, but something to celebrate. With each year comes deeper clarity, greater skill, and a more profound understanding of what it truly means to be human. Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the honor of working with thousands of clients—across the street and across the globe. From cozy sessions in my Sacramento office to Zoom calls with clients in Ireland, Rwanda, and Australia. From retreats in nature to classes at colleges and businesses, I’ve had the privilege of bringing hypnotherapy into so many corners of the world. Each session, each story, each transformation has touched me more deeply than I can express. And all of you—my clients, my students, my community—have been my greatest teachers.
